If your parent hasn't confirmed their dose within 30 minutes (and you're on Pro or Family), they get an SMS reminder on their phone. Without confirmation by +60 min, you're alerted by email (Free, Pro, Family) and by SMS (Pro, Family).
Yes. With the Pro plan, you can invite up to 3 caregivers. With the Family plan, the number of caregivers is unlimited. Everyone sees the same dashboard in real time.
Completely. The trial lasts 14 days, with no credit card required for the Free plan. For the Pro and Family plans, you can cancel at any time from your billing area.
Absolutely. Your data is hosted in Europe (EU), encrypted in transit and at rest. We are GDPR-compliant. You can export or delete your data at any time.
